  Notes	Born in Ireland, lived in Butte, Montana, Aspen, Colorado, and in New Jersey. Died in Morris Plains, New Jersey in 1917 - buried in Holy Rood Cemetary, Morristown, N.J. Arrived at Ellis Island, New York on April 25,1892 on the liner Alaska at the age of 19. First went to Butte, Montana, and then to Aspen, Pitkin County, Colorado. In the 1900 US Census her husband Michael is listed as a Silver Miner, and they owned their own home mortgage free in Precinct 12, East Pitkin County. In the 1907-1909 period the family moved to Elizabeth and/or Newark, New Jersey. Julia died in hospital in New Jersey in 1917 at the age of 44. The 1900 Census shows Michael's date of birth as Dec. 1865. Ancestry.com does not show the arrival of a Michael Loughman in the US, but does show a Mick Lukeman, born in Tipperary, arriving in NY on 30 October, 1885. The 1900 Census shows Michael Loughman's US arrival year also as 1885 - could this be one and the same person!
